Embracing a major challenge for its own offices, Donnan undertook a complete renovation of an aging Queenslander in East Brisbane. With the site located in “the Golden Paddock” between Stanley and Vulture Streets near the iconic Gabba Stadium, Donnan realised that something special would be needed to do justice to the suburbs burgeoning potential.

Donnan completed a full renovation, lifting and excavating under to suit a large, open plan layout downstairs, complimented with spacious individual offices upstairs. Suiting the generous spaces was a full kitchen and meals area, with wide decks front and back.
