The Grantham Sewerage Treatment Plant had languished since its construction in 2012.  Vehicles were unable to easily complete transfer operations and the plant had remained idle.  Queensland Urban Utilities turned to DonnanQ to review plant access and system operations to come up with a solution that would enable the plant’s capacity to finally be utilised.  A complete Civil and Systems solution was provided, doing away with the inlet mechanisms and freeing up vital storage capacity, as well as locating and re-routing services lost during construction.

The project was completed in under nine weeks on site, with no variations required by QUU.
