Vicinity (formerly Colonial Mutual) existing offices for the Myer Centre was over thirty years old and had undergone many patches to cope with growing staff and services requirements.  With further staff and services alterations on the horizon in 2016, they elected to call Donnan and ask for a complete re-design of the offices.

Mindful of the budget constraints, the need to work across the New Year break to minimise impact to services, and the fact the office was located in a services hub of the Myer Centre, Donnan completed a full refurbishment of the facility in under six weeks.  Responsible for the complete Architectural, Interiors and Services provisions, Donnan refurbished the office and allowed Vicinity to resume operations without incident.
